Bio:

Allison launched SOUL + CO to work with enlightened leaders looking to create collaborative cultures by helping employees improve well-being, overcome obstacles, and develop more meaningful connections with others to drive success.

Allison is a transformational business leader, author, and advocate for leveraging our platforms for good. She spent the majority of her career launching new businesses within Advertising Age, the media platform for the advertising, marketing, and media industries. As the brand's publisher for nearly a decade, she steered Ad Age through the most volatile period in its 80-year history, amidst the economic downturn at the center of an industry undergoing seismic change. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for the incredible challenges we face in business and personal transformation, as well as a passion for finding the opportunities in these moments.

Allison's first book, The Book of Doing: Everyday Activities to Unlock Creativity and Joy, helps inspire curiosity, reignite passion, and find delight in all you do. A three-time New York City marathoner, Allison is a Brooklyn native, now living in Manhattan with her husband and their two children.
