Bio:
Jason Musante is the Chief Creative Director at Huge where he oversees and leads creative across global clients and offices. In 2015, Jason was named one of the "Thirty Most Creative People In Advertising" by BUSINESS INSIDER, his work was added to the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art and cited by CAMPAIGN magazine as best of the year.
Previously, Jason led the creative department at Havas New York. As Managing Director/ Group ECD, he transformed the department leading the agency to their best year at Cannes and the Clios. Jason’s efforts also led to the agency receiving an invitation to create work directly for The United States Digital Service–President Obama’s digital startup dedicated to helping the government work more efficiently. Jason has also held senior leadership roles at BBDO, Co:Collective Saatchi & Saatchi and Anomaly.
Consistently recognized by industry award shows, Jason has received dozens of awards from: The Cannes Lions, One Show, The Clios, New York Art Director’s Club, ANDYs, Webby Awards, Stephen E. Kelly Award and Effies. His financial experience stretches across multiple Financial Service clients such as Citibank, Bank of America and TD Ameritrade.
Tim Flood was most recently an ECD at Arnold Worldwide, leading a team of 28 creatives for The Hershey Company, Chrysler and New Balance, as well as on new business accounts. In the last year alone, Tim and his team have won at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, London International Awards, and the Addys, and took the Webby for Social Media Campaign of the Year. Tim is a multi-talented advertising and communications veteran. He co-led creative for Google, Budweiser’s Made in America Festival, and Champs Sports at Steve Stoute’s agency, Translation. While there, he pitched and won the coveted NBA account and built launches for Budweiser and Apple Music. He was one of the leads behind the launch of Budweiser’s Made in America, a massive effort that has ultimately resulted in the third-largest music festival in the country.
Tim has also earned Lions, One Shows, D&ADs, Addys, London International Awards, and Effies on behalf of The Hershey Company, Anheuser-Busch, Unilever, IBM, Perrier, Sony and Nissan. He was awarded the Grand Prix at the Jay Chiat Planning Awards for his efforts on Vaseline’s “Prescribe the Nation.” He has lectured at Miami Ad School, VCU Brandcenter and New York University, among others. Before his time at Huge, Tim held creative and strategy roles at Arnold Worldwide, Translation New York, London’s Beattie McGuinness Bungay, Bartle Bogle Hegarty New York, Ogilvy & Mather New York, and TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles.
