Lindsey Lake:
I'm currently a Senior Recruiter at ROSEWOOD Creative, a forward-thinking integrated creative agency where I focus on full-cycle hiring for all levels and departments, including - creative, design, strategy, account management, social, and project management.
I've been in the advertising industry for the past 7 years and have always worked on the creative agency side working for companies like 72andSunny, TBWA\Chiat\Day, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky. I enjoy connecting with people and networking and excited to be speaking with you soon.
Kelsey Honz:
I am the Talent & Culture Manager at BSSP, a full-service advertising agency in the Bay Area, where I hire across all agency departments, including account management, analytics, comms/media planning, creative, production, and strategy. I am also the agency's talent development lead. I got my start in recruiting in the staffing world where I built teams for Verizon, Sephora and others before moving into my role at BSSP three years ago. I love connecting with students looking for their first role in the ad world, helping them navigate the job search for the first time.
