Bio:

As the Director of Culture at Arts & Letters Creative Co., Phil answers the question “what do we want it to feel like to work at Arts & Letters?” and oversees culture, recruiting & talent strategy, employer brand, and workplace experience. He applies his 12+ year background in account management and business to ensure that building great teams and enabling great creative work are at the center of everything they do.

Phil joined Arts & Letters in 2018, leading client teams as a Group Business Director on brands like Google Chromebook. Prior to Arts & Letters, Phil worked at Wieden+Kennedy in Portland, OR on Old Spice and Samsung. Before that, he was at the Martin Agency working across brands like Mondelez, LG Electronics, Walmart, and Colonial Williamsburg.

Prior to advertising, Phil spent six years touring in a van with his band, instilling in him an appreciation for teamwork, an entrepreneurial DIY mentality, and an unusually deep knowledge of the U.S. highway system.
