Rob Baird is Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Preacher in Austin, Texas. There he helps spread the good word every day for quality-obsessed brands like Tommy John, Beam-Suntory, Crate & Barrel, Bumble, and Squarespace to name a few. Prior to founding Preacher, Rob was one of the first employees at Mother New York and spent almost a decade with Mother in New York and London as a creative director on brands like Virgin Mobile, Stella Artois, Coca-Cola and Sour Patch Kids. Other agency stints include TBWA Chiat Day, Fallon, Arnold, and BBH.
Rob has been lucky enough over the years to have his work honored in every major awards show, as well as getting the occasional mention in his family's annual holiday letter. He was raised in Texas, and when he’s not working spends an inordinate amount of time obsessing about the University of Texas football program and spoiling his dachshund, Waylon.
