As the Vice President of Brand Creative for Sesame Workshop, Victor drives innovative brand experiences that engage global audiences, harnessing the power of storytelling and design.
Victor’s career journey began as a designer for Black Entertainment Television and WJLA 7 ABC, where he refined his craft and quickly advanced to senior designer roles at MSNBC and Manhattan Transfer. These foundational experiences laid the groundwork for his entrepreneurial venture when he co-founded Freestyle Collective, an award-winning design studio recognized for its groundbreaking work in creative storytelling and design.
His talent for creative leadership caught the attention of major brands and networks, leading him to serve as Creative Director for Company 3 New York, VH1, and MTV. Throughout his career, Victor has been instrumental in shaping the brand identities of some of the world’s most iconic companies. His collaborative efforts span partnerships with industry giants such as Ogilvy & Mather, Saatchi & Saatchi, Cartoon Network, Syfy Channel, Nickelodeon, USA Network, ESPN, TCM, and HGTV.
Victor’s creative achievements have been widely recognized with multiple accolades, including three Emmy Awards, a BDA World Class Award, BDA Gold Awards, an Art Directors Club Award, and numerous Telly Awards. His work has also been featured in leading design publications and showcased at short film festivals around the world.
In addition to his role at Sesame Workshop, Victor has been an active board member for AIGA NY and BDA (Broadcast Design Association), contributing his expertise to the broader creative community. His passion for mentorship and fostering creativity in others continues to inspire those around him.
