Katie Samuelsen is an Associate Creative Director at MARTIN* in Richmond, Virginia. She has worked on projects for brands like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, GEICO, Busch Light, and more. She studied advertising at the University of Texas, and comedy at Second City Chicago and The Coalition Theater.
Katie’s presentation, “Improv for Presenting (Or: How to Free Yourself from the Fear of Cringe)” overviews the skills learned through five years of improv comedy, and how they can be applied to presenting creative work.
