Martin began her career at Lost Planet Editorial in New York City in 2001, before joining Three Fingered Louie Editorial in her position of Producer and Director of Marketing. In 2004, she moved on to Final Cut NY, where she rose from Producer to Executive Producer. She later joined Cut+Run NY in 2011 as Executive Producer before her career took her to Los Angeles to serve as Executive Producer at Rock Paper Scissors. In 2020, she returned east to open PS260’s Boston office and returned to the west coast to help open PS260’s new Los Angeles office. Martin rang in 2025 in her new role as bicoastal Executive Producer at The Den Editorial.

Throughout her career, Martin has helped shape campaigns for leading global brands such as Amazon, Apple, Google, HBO, Meta, Netflix, Nike, Samsung, and Toyota, and collaborated on music videos and branded work with iconic artists including Beyoncé, David Bowie, Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna, The Weeknd, Prince, and Tom Petty. Outside of work, she finds joy in singing, playing trumpet, and mentoring the next generation of creative talent—particularly emerging voices of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
