Shannon has a knack for details—something we’re more than thankful for given that Shannon plays a major role in almost every facet of the Brandcenter. She is often the last person to put her hands on a project before it’s complete, ensuring top-notch quality so that our students receive the best possible experience and support. Her work as director of operations heavily supports our students, faculty, and staff—not to mention she keeps our executive director on his A-game.
Prior to coming to the Brandcenter, Shannon spent eight years at two law firms assisting with civil litigation cases. (We like to joke that she’s our in-house legal expert, but most of the time, we aren’t actually joking.) She has an AAS in Paralegal Studies and is currently pursuing a degree in Communications Strategy from VCU.
