In high school, I lead a 120 person Super Smash Bros. tournament to try to raise money for a couple of clubs I was in. It took about little over a month of hour long lunch blocks to get through the whole thing. By the end of it, the teachers responsible for chaperoning were completely sick of me corralling 50+ random nerds into their classrooms to pop off at video games. For the top 8, we all took over the school auditorium and finished the tournament on the big screen. Good times.
