About Mark Brown:
Mark spent the first half of his career as a program manager and business analyst, playing a pivotal role in leading large process, IT, and change initiatives for esteemed clients such as Capital One, Wells Fargo, and the US Postal Service. With a solid foundation in business and strategy, Mark underwent a professional pivot into the realm of branding. In this phase, he contributed his expertise to solving significant challenges in brand positioning, identity, and customer/employee experiences for clients, including Pratt & Whitney, GE, Chick-fil-A, and Winnebago Industries. Currently, Mark is driven by a passion for optimizing team performance. His focus involves empowering teams with a tailored blend of technology, enrichment, coaching, and thoughtfully designed physical spaces to facilitate their flourishing.
About Tomako “Tommie” Deaner:
Tommie is the Chief People Officer at All Points Broadband and the founder of Tobu Advisors, an executive coaching firm. Previously, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer for a large specialty healthcare practice. Her career has spanned multiple industries from energy, healthcare, and financial services, and she’s worked with start-ups to Fortune 250 companies. In addition to her 20+ years of real-world business experience, she is a graduate of the University of California, Davis; a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM SCP); a Certified Executive Coach; and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Her volunteer work includes serving on the board of Family Lifeline and the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce and as Chair of the executive committee for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Visionary of the Year program, contributing as a steering committee member of United Way WomenRise program, and coaching for Sports Backers Half Marathon training teams. She’s a mom of two teenagers and loves cooking and sewing in her spare time.
About Chris Enslen:
Chris earned a BS in Chemical Engineering in 1991 from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, and is a seasoned executive having 32+ years of diverse experience serving the pharmaceutical industry. Over his professional career, Chris has held regional and global roles of increasing complexity, including operations, engineering, and industrial performance/operational excellence. In his current capacity as Strategic Program Management Leader at Bayer, he is accountable for design, build, and start-up of a manufacturing facility in Costa Rica, along with related product transfers from Finland, supporting Bayer’s sustainability commitments. Chris has also served as principal consultant to develop, lead, and drive international business transformations and quality remediations. Along his journey, he has served as both a formal and informal mentor and coach to individuals and teams across multiple industries at all levels up to C-suite. Forever grateful for having been coached and mentored throughout his career, Chris believes in and follows a “Leading while Learning” approach.
