Student in graduation regalia holds up two peace signs with her hands

Ahead of the Pack

Year after year, hundreds of recruiters representing hundreds of agencies and companies sign up to participate in our annual recruiter session to meet our graduating class.

Why? Because they love to hire Brandcenter grads.

Our grads are known for being multi-functional, polymathic, excellent collaborators, big thinkers, strategic risk takers, great problem solvers, and sharp presenters. Not only do they hit the ground running in their jobs but they also tend to move up quickly.

Brandcenter alumni work on behalf of the world’s biggest brands, at some of the most creative and innovative companies in the world, and at the world’s leading advertising, design, and innovation agencies and consultancies.

Get hired.

Throughout your two years, we’ll provide career guidance every step of the way on everything from crafting resumes to prepping for interviews to negotiating salaries to reviewing contracts. And, when it comes time for internships and jobs, we’ll give you the tools and exposure you need.

Recruiter Session

As graduation approaches, we’ll promote you and your portfolio to our extensive list of industry contacts and recruiters at agencies, brands, and consultancies, who participate in Recruiter Session each year to be the first to meet and hire our grads.

About Recruiter Session

Every spring, we host our Recruiter Session, where hundreds of recruiters representing hundreds of agencies and companies sign up to participate to be the first to meet our grads and gain access to their portfolios.

During this two-day reverse career fair, you’ll have your own table for recruiters to visit, meet you, and look at your work. Overall, you’ll clock about 20 hours of face-to-face networking.

Internships

We’ll give you the tools to help you land an internship in the summer between your first and second years at agencies and companies doing some of the industry’s best work.

About Internships

You’re not required to do an internship, but we’ll provide you with the tools and resources to help you land a great one if you choose to.

Each year, we receive hundreds of summer intern requests from agencies and companies that know the rigor of our program, providing a place for our students to dive into the work and make significant contributions.

When it’s time, we’ll curate and organize internship opportunities in one place so you can search by discipline, city, or agency/company and then decide where to apply.

These are always paid internships, and they’ll provide you with the opportunity to apply what you learn during your first year, make professional connections that will help you throughout your career, and potentially get work produced. You won’t just be making coffee.
