Hattie’s career spans over a decade in strategy, operations, and production. She currently serves as the Executive Assistant to Vann Graves, Executive Director at the Brandcenter.
Before joining the Brandcenter, Hattie held roles such as Chief of Staff at Openbox and Sr. Manager of Programming and Operations at Bento. Her experience in these positions has honed her ability to amplify the impact of leadership teams and cultivate a strong sense of community. A firm believer in the power of teamwork, she believes that great leadership is made possible by a great team.
Hattie holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Language & Literature from the University of Virginia and a Hospitality Management Certificate from Cornell University.
