Brandcenter is teaming up with the VCU School of Business to launch a new concentration within their Evening MBA program this Spring. The Brand Leadership concentration will consist of courses taught by Brandcenter faculty members and provide valuable skills in creative problem-solving and brand management, crucial for leadership roles across industries. Concentration courses will address practical frameworks for integrated marketing communications, in addition to helping students understand the balance of art and commerce in brand management. These versatile tools will serve business leaders in successfully managing multifaceted, collaborative environments.

In addition to this new concentration in the Evening MBA, Brandcenter has a flourishing roster of extension programs that aim to innovate educational opportunities in higher education and the greater advertising industry. Last summer we hosted our inaugural Cannes Study Abroad program in conjunction with the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, which offers unmatched networking potential to both undergrad and graduate students, and we are now planning the 2025 program. Faculty and students from our full-time Master’s program continue to partner with University of Richmond Bench Top Innovations and the University of Virginia i.Lab Incubator on product innovation and branding as part of our curriculum. Finally, we continue to build Brandcenter Executive Education offerings for professionals, which currently includes customized professional development for individuals and organizations such as full-service ad agency McCann. A full-time Executive Master’s program with a focus on brand strategy is also in development.
