Jerry Hoak (Art Direction, 2005) has served as Chief Creative Officer of The Martin Agency since February 2025, after joining the agency in 2016 and quickly rising to Executive Creative Director. During his tenure, he has helped drive major agency growth, leading pitch teams that won 18 new business accounts—including DoorDash, AB InBev, CarMax, Google, and Papa Johns—with a nearly 90% win rate. Hoak has also been a key force behind Martin’s creative and cultural momentum, contributing to standout work like Buffalo Wild Wings’ Jewel Stool and Busch Light’s “Head for the Mountains” Super Bowl spot. Before Martin, he spent formative years at Droga5, earning a Titanium Lion and recognition from Business Insider as one of the most creative people in advertising.
