Alana Gleason, Planning Director, Social / The Martin Agency 

Alana Gleason is an experienced planning director specializing in social strategy at The Martin Agency since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading social new business, developing product packages, and supervising a team of strategists. Prior roles include senior social strategist and senior brand strategist, contributing to high-profile campaigns such as the viral Snoop Goes Smokeless campaign. Previous experience encompasses positions at Arts & Letters Creative Co., TBWA\Chiat\Day, Initiative, and an internship at Jack Morton Worldwide, where strategic development, creative brief ownership, and audience targeting were key focuses. Alana holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and further education from the University of Galway.
