Jeff MacDonald (Experience Design, 2012), Social Strategy Director at Mekanism, brings a thoughtful and inventive approach to his role there to do as many firsts for clients as possible. He collaborates closely with strategists and creatives, focusing on introducing fresh and innovative social media strategies for clients such as Adobe, AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Q-tips, and Lenovo. Jeff’s approach is grounded in a blend of creative prototyping and social listening, which informs his development of engaging experiences that resonate with communities and audiences.
Beyond the realm of client-based work, Jeff has a passion for interactive art installations. His creations, often involving LED lights and interactive elements, are designed to connect people in shared, immersive experiences. Jeff also is deeply engaged in artificial intelligence and finding practical applications for businesses. Jeff currently sits on the AI Community of Practice at Plus Company, Mekanism’s holding company, where he’s helping lead the charge on how AI will impact their agencies.
