He’s plugged into the algorithm. He’s so deep in the cloud that we’re convinced he doesn’t even exist in physical form—just a highly efficient, severely sarcastic chatbot that somehow keeps everything running. If something breaks, you don’t need a help desk ticket; you just ping Dean, and he’ll mutter something about “rebooting” before fixing it in 30 seconds.
Dean has been a dedicated IT professional at the Brandcenter since 2008. Prior to this job, he had other jobs.
In addition to leading IT support, Dean also assists across Brandcenter’s general operations and initiatives that impact the student experience.
