IT wizard, automotive enthusiast, YouTube personality, and Henrico County’s first-ever Apple computer user, Jonathan Pitts provides premium IT support to the Brandcenter’s faculty, staff, and students.
He pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Georgia College and State University and has over 25 years of experience in IT. For ten of those years, Jonathan performed IT support specifically for the advertising industry, and he spent 13 years supporting higher education.
Calling Jonathan a Mac OS expert would be the understatement of the century. He has four years of experience as a Mac network admin and has repaired thousands of Apple computers in the very county in which he first laid his hands on Steve Job’s notable invention. He says that he often reflects on that opportunity and how those experiences changed his life.
When Jonathan isn’t helping provide Brandcenter with the latest technology and software in support of an innovative learning environment, you can catch him on his automotive-focused YouTube channel which boasts over 130,000 followers and 30 million views.
