Noel has a “past life” in consumer research, where she guided brands like Target, GEICO, Kraft Heinz and 3M to new targets, communication platforms and innovation opportunities. In 2020, Noel joined Arts & Letters Creative Co. to continue the agency’s mission to reimagine what a modern creative partner can be. There, Noel has led strategy on brands like DICK’S Sporting Goods, NBC Universal, Zola and Function Health. Noel loves the mystical world of brand strategy, so much so that she introduces it to undergraduate and graduate students as an adjunct professor for the VCU School of Communication and the VCU Brandcenter (her alma mater).
