Each spring, we invite recruiters to participate—in person or virtually—in our Recruiter Session as we debut our graduating class and kick off the job search process.

In-Person Recruiting

Come meet our 86 art directors, copywriters, account/brand managers, strategists, and experience designers in-person, at our reverse career fair in Richmond, Virginia.

Virtual Recruiting

Can’t make it to Richmond in April? We’ll send you a link to the Class of 2025 portfolios, where you can browse their profiles, view their work, search by skills, and even schedule meetings with them.

Event Dates & Details

Tuesday, April 22

5 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Happy hour @ Hardywood Richmond Brewery. Please join us for cocktails with our students AND alumni (new this year!). Help us celebrate the Class of 2025 + kick off our 30th anniversary celebration!

Wednesday, April 23

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Recruiter Session @ Brandcenter, 103 S. Jefferson St., Richmond, VA, 23284

Thursday, April 24

9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Recruiter Session @ Brandcenter, 103 S. Jefferson St., Richmond, VA, 23284

Please note:

On April 23 and 24, there’s no set agenda. You’re welcome to meet with students as your schedule allows. You may attend one or both days.
We refer to our event as a “reverse career fair” because it’s our students who host tables to share their work with recruiters.

Event Costs

The registration fee is $300 to help cover event-related expenses.

Sponsorship Opportunities

There are limited sponsorship opportunities available for $1,000, which include signage at the event and on our website. It’s a great way to get your name in front of our students.
